Kate Hill has spent over 25yrs dedicated to understanding skin and helping people feel confident in their own. Her career spans advanced skin health, professional make-up artistry, and training future therapists in anatomy, physiology and evidence-based dermal practice.
Recognised for both her clinical expertise and her empathy, Kate is passionate about guiding people through the often-emotional journey of skin recovery. She is known for achieving meaningful, measurable results and for supporting clients not only in their physical healing but also in reclaiming self-confidence.
Today, as Clinical Director of The Paramedical Skin Centre, Kate leads a team specialising in scar rehabilitation, advanced dermal therapies and paramedical tattooing. She blends her love of problem-solving, innovation and business management with hands-on treatment, ensuring every client receives care that is scientifically informed, results-driven and deeply compassionate.

Our Story
Some people meet at a dinner party. We met over skin, scars and tattoos.
Nic had already spent more than a decade perfecting cosmetic tattooing and quietly helping people feel whole again after surgery. Kate was deep in the world of clinical skin science and business growth, forever asking, “How can we do this better, safer, smarter?”
Somewhere between treating scars and chasing better results, we realised we shared the same passion and so we teamed up.
